You may have this problem
iPhone's screen is 480x320. If you have a wide movie, scaling it to 480x320 will make everything in the movie look skinny. On the other hand, if you have a normal aspect ratio video, scaling it to 480x320 will make everyone look fat. It is always stretched either vertically or vertically.

Step2. Convert DVD to iPhone and keep original aspect ratio
After the main window of Cucusoft DVD to iPhone Converter poped up, click  to load the DVD and then select the chapter that you would like to convert.
Next, customize output files. Normarlly, you don't need change any settings, Cucusoft DVD to iPhone Converter is smart enough to decide the best resolution for you and what you need to do is just select the output folder. But remember one thing, DO NOT select any other options from "Resize", jsut make sure that "Keep original aspect ratio" is selected.

Step3. Convert video file to iPhone and keep original aspect ratio
- Click "Open file" to load the video file you want to put to iphone.
- Click the botton next to "Profile" to open the "Audio/Video Output Settings" Window.
- Go to "Advanced Video Options",
and then go to "Aspect Ratio", select "Auto".
- Click "Convert" to start the conversion.
